Xiamen Beijiajie Trading Co., Ltd. operates avenorav and is the seller for purchases made through this store.
These terms explain the ordering process and should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Product Selection
Before ordering, check:
- The actual duvet cover measurements.
- The selected color, pattern, and size.
- Fabric composition and care requirements.
- The number and type of pieces included.
Photographed bedding inserts, pillows, furniture, and styling accessories are excluded unless expressly listed as included.
Display settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. This does not excuse a product that is materially different from its description.
Prices, Payment, and Charges
The product price and transaction currency are displayed before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout.
Free standard shipping applies to orders of US$39 or more, calculated after discounts and before shipping charges and taxes. For orders below US$39, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any taxes collected by the store are shown before payment. Separate import charges, where applicable, are addressed in our Shipping Policy.
We will not add an undisclosed optional charge after you place an order.
Order Confirmation
An initial order email acknowledges receipt. Acceptance is confirmed when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept the order earlier.
If stock, payment verification, or delivery restrictions prevent fulfillment, we will notify you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.
If an obvious listing or pricing error affects your order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate choice, including cancellation and refund where applicable.
Changes and Cancellation
Email service@avenorav.com as soon as possible with your order number.
We will try to change or cancel an order before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order may need to be handled through the return process. This operational limitation does not override a statutory cancellation right.
We do not charge a cancellation fee for an order successfully cancelled before dispatch.
Delivery
The standard estimate is 1–3 business days for processing, followed by 7–15 business days in transit. Any destination-specific estimate disclosed before payment applies to that order.
We remain available to investigate delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrectly delivered parcels. Handover to a carrier does not automatically end our responsibilities.
Returns and Refunds
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. The return warehouse is in China.
Customers pay return postage for preference-based returns where legally permitted. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods, we provide an appropriate remedy without charging customers costs that we are responsible for covering.

Applicable Rights
The laws of the People’s Republic of China govern these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their location. Disputes may be brought before courts with lawful jurisdiction.
The terms applicable when an order is placed remain relevant to that purchase; later changes will not retrospectively reduce existing rights.
